Max S. Sverdlove LLC (“Firm”), is committed to protecting the privacy of its Users (as defined below). Firm reserves the right to revise, change, amend, alter or modify (“Update”) this Privacy Policy and Firm’s other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. User, as defined below, is responsible for periodically checking for any Updates of this Privacy Policy by re-visiting Website and using the”refresh” button on User’s browser. Any Updates supersede any prior versions immediately upon posting on Website. INFORMATION COLLECTED
Personal Information. The information which Firm collects through Website may include personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) which refers to information that helps Firm identify users or viewers of the Website (collectively, “Users” and each a “User”). The Personal Information includes data such as a User’s name, street address, phone number, facsimile number, email address, username and password. Website allows Users to submit Personal Information in order to contact or communicate with Firm. If User contacts Firm through Website, please note that Personal Information may be maintained by Website. Users are responsible for keeping all Personal Information current and may change any previously entered information through Website in the manner set forth below.
Anonymous Information. Website may also collect data that cannot be traced back to a specific individual (“Anonymous Information”). For example, Firm may be able to keep count of how many Users have viewed Website and specific content therein, or key words utilized to find Website, but this information does not necessarily include information regarding Users’ names, street addresses, phone numbers or email addresses. Users who view Website but do not enter their Personal Information are generally anonymous Users. Only Anonymous Information and no Personal Information will be intentionally collected by Firm from anonymous Users. Website may use browser cookies to collect Anonymous Information. Website may also incorporate web beacons or similar tracking technologies to allow Firm to track how Websites are used. Such technologies are used to collect Anonymous Information, e.g. the name of User’s internet service provider, the IP address of User’s computer, User’s browser software and operating system, the identity of any linked-from or linked-to website and other similar information. The Firm may combine a User’s Anonymous Information with similar information collected from other Users to help improve Websites and services.
Please Note – collection of Anonymous Information is performed on all websites. If User feels this information should be kept private, Firm recommends that User uninstalls User’s web browser, and does not visit any websites.
COOKIES
Certain parts of Website may use browser cookies to keep track of which messages User has read, User’s login, and other information about User’s session. Cookies are small pieces of text that are stored on User’s hard drive between visits. For example, if User chooses the “remember me” option on a login page, a cookie is set on User’s system to store User’s username and password so User does not have to re-enter them each time User visits. However, if User logs out of Website, the cookie will be removed. These cookies do not collect, store or maintain any private, personally identifiable information. Firm’s Website is hosted by Musical Horizon, LLC on alma.musicalhorizon.com, a Virtual Cloud Server leased by Musical Horizon, LLC from Liquid Web LLC. User can access Musical Horizon, LLC’s terms and privacy policies on Musical Horizon, LLC’s website. User can also access Liquid Web LLC’s terms and privacy policies on Liquid Web LLC’s website. Firm does not have control over Musical Horizon, LLC’s or Liquid Web LLC’s policies and both Musical Horizon, LLC and Liquid Web LLC are granted full and unlimited access to any data stored on alma.musicalhorizon.com. Other hosting providers Firm utilizes include SpamExperts B.V., JotForm, Inc., Virtru Corporation, rsync.net, Inc., Dropbox, Inc., Microsoft Corporation, IDrive Inc, and RingCentral, Inc, and any other servers these third-party companies may utilize. They are each granted full and unlimited access to any data stored on their respective servers. Each company has their own terms and privacy policies on their respective websites. Not all information Firm provides to these hosting providers is in an encrypted form. Please contact these providers for information about their policies regarding the collection and retention of User information. Firm does not make any representations or warranties regarding their use or collection of information about Users. Submitting information via the Internet may not be secure and/or confidential.
It is highly recommended that any confidential and/or attorney-client information be submitted to Firm in an encrypted format prior to transmission. It is User’s sole responsibility to ensure that data is encrypted prior to transmission and that Firm is provided with the ability to decrypt the same.
THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISERS AND LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
Website may include advertisements from third-party companies which may include links to third-party websites. The advertisements placed by these companies are not affiliated, owned, maintained or updated by Firm. If User visits the website of these third-party advertisers, they may use cookies and/or request and collect User’s personal information. Firm does not know of the policies of these independent third-party advertisers and is not responsible for the information collected or how the information is used by any third-party advertisers. Firm also cannot confirm or in any way guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by those third-party advertisers on their websites. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Firm employs other companies and individuals to perform functions on Firm’s behalf. Examples include sending postal mail and email, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), and processing credit card and online payments. Third-Party Providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
INFORMATION SHARING
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, Firm will not intentionally distribute, rent or sell a User’s personal information to third-parties without User’s permission. Firm may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Users’ Personal Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. If Firm receives a request from law enforcement or judicial authorities, then Firm reserves the right to provide the requested information, subject to the attorney-client privilege.
SECURITY PROCEDURES
Firm undertakes efforts to operate secure data networks which are protected by industry standard firewall, anti-virus, and password protection systems. Firm undertakes efforts to review Firm’s security and privacy policies on a periodic basis and Firm may adjust and change the systems as necessary. Notwithstanding the above, and although the Firm is ever diligent in its security pursuits, Firm cannot guarantee the success of Firm’s efforts.
SPECIAL CASES
Firm’s policy is to not use or share the Personal Information about Users of Website in ways which have not been outlined or described herein without first allowing Users a chance to opt out or otherwise disallow such unrelated uses. However, Firm may disclose Personal Information about Users or information relating to Users’ Use of Website for any reason if, in Firm’s sole discretion, Firm determines that doing so is reasonable, including:

MANAGING AND DELETING USER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

PROTECTION OF CHILDREN
Firm does not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children (minors younger than 13) through Website. If User is a parent or legal guardian and believes Firm may have inadvertently collected such information from User’s child, please notify Firm immediately by sending an email to max@sverdlovelaw.com
